INGREDIENTS 12 chicken tenders or 2 large chicken breasts cut lengthways in 2cm strips
MARINADE
2 tablespoons sea salt 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 cup hot chilli sauce
SALAD
2 large carrots, grated or shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler 3 large celery sticks, thinly sliced 1 red delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced 200g mixed leaf salad 1/2 cup Praise Deli Style Ranch Dressing
METHOD
Step 1 :
Healthy dinner ideas: Consolidate the salt, garlic and stew sauce in a bowl at that point coat over chicken fingers. Cover with stick film and marinate in the ice chest for 3 hours.
Step 2 :
Following 3 hours, preheat broiler to 220 degrees C. Line a preparing plate with thwart and place a wire rack to finish everything. Splash the rack with cooking oil. Place chicken on the wire rack and splash with cooking oil. Heat for 10 minutes before turning and showering again then preparing for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 3 :
Blend the shaved carrots, cut celery, apple and blended leaves in a bowl. Top with chicken tenders and Praise Deli Style Ranch dressing.
